For over nine years, Elinor worked at Buckingham Browne & Nichols School in Cambridge, MA, as the All School Special Events Coordinator and general liaison. She continues to be engaged at BB&N, coordinating grandparent programs and grandparent events. Other recent clients include Harvard Business School, The Fessenden School, The Fay School, The Japan Society of Boston, Self Esteem Boston Educational Institute, and Six Degree Hospitality Consulting.

Erin Deegan brings a wealth of fundraising and event planning knowledge to Elinor Ross Events. Her varied experience includes working on the Annual Fund at Buckingham Browne & Nichols School, Out of the Darkness Walk coordination for the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention, and event and sponsorship management for a number of organizations. In addition to this Erin has overseen recruitment, admissions and alumni programs for International study abroad programs. For the last four year she has increased her international fundraising understanding while living in Cambridge, England. Erin is a graduate of Cornell University.
